item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.Components with this symbol meet the requirements of IEC 61340-5-1 and are therefore suitable for use in EPAs (electrostatic protected areas). By complying with the further stipulations of this standard you can use these products to create a safe environment for handling electronic components.

Description

Keeping everything in line! Robust Guide Rail e 4 ensures that crates and goods stay on Roller Conveyor St 60x24 D15. The aluminium side guide can be fitted with slide strips that are especially gentle on transported materials.
Fastening Profile D30-60 is used to install the Guide Rail. Guide Rail e 4 is inserted into the special groove that runs along the side of the Fastening Profile. This combination of Guide Rail and Fastening Profile further boosts the rigidity of Roller Conveyor St 60.
When Guide Rails e 4 are cut to size, sharp edges on the channel at the top can present an injury hazard for personnel loading and unloading the roller conveyor. The quickest way to eliminate this hazard is to use Button-Head Screw Self-Tapping M5x16, TX25! It quickly and reliably makes the end of the channel safe, without having to spend time manually deburring it, thus lowering assembly costs.
Keeping everything in line! Robust Guide Rail e 4 ensures that crates and goods stay on Roller Conveyor St 60x24 D15. Fastening Profile D30-60 is used to install the Guide Rail.
The aluminium Guide Rail e 4 is inserted into the special groove that runs along the side of the Fastening Profile. The Guide Rail can thus run right up to the cross tube, thereby minimising the gap where roller conveyors change angle. This combination of Guide Rail and Fastening Profile boosts the rigidity of the roller conveyor.

Assembly Instructions

LR = Roller Conveyor

LB = Fastening Profile
When Guide Rail e 4 reaches up to the supporting crossmember, the Roller Conveyor 60 Fastening Bracket D30 can be screwed into place on just one side.
Guide Rail e 4 is screwed to Roller Conveyor St 60x24 D15 using Button-Head Screws self-tapping St 3.9x16 (0.0.642.39).
